Phone Orders

We answer during our regular store hours, which are
Monday thru Saturday, 10:00am - 7:30pm, and
Sunday, Noon - 6:00pm,
Atlanta time (Eastern Daylight Savings Time).
Email Orders
To place an order by email, send us your name and shipping address, description of what you want to order, and a phone number where we can call you back for payment information. We endeavor to check our email every morning and respond by the next business day (often sooner!) Please do not send your credit card information via email. We will provide you our toll-free phone number for your use if you have any further questions about your order or if you would like to phone in your payment information.
Please keep in mind that we are a full-service shoe store with five locations in the Atlanta area. We're regular folks selling shoes in our stores who are happy to talk with you and take your order when you call. We delight in trying to solve special problems, so don't hesitate to ask.
Delivery
We ship using UPS and Federal Express, and can place outbound shipments on Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Shipments to U.S. Addresses:

UPS Ground. We charge a flat fee of $9 for first pair, $4.50 per additional pair in the same shipment. This provides UPS ground delivery. (See "Order Processing Time" for delivery times.
UPS 2nd-Day Air is $20 for the first pair, and $10 for each additional pair. The shipping time is two business days.
UPS Next Day Air is $34 for the first pair, and $17 for the second pair (third pair is free). The arrival time for this method is the next business day after the order is processed.
FEDEX Standard Overnight service is $26, and $13 for each additional pair.
Order Processing Time
Most in-stock orders ship within five business days from the time we receive the order. Out-of-stock footwear and special orders can involve a lead time of 10-20 days (sorry, but it varies by manufacturer and is beyond our control.) While we will make every effort to special order shoes (most retailers won't), you should be aware that delivery times will vary greatly, and the best we can do is tell you at the time you order what to expect.
Payment
We accept only charge cards for payment (VISA, Mastercard, and Discover) and must have a verifiable address in order to process the card. If the address you give us to ship to is not the same as the address the card is verified to be billed to, additional security procedures are required. Sorry, but mail order fraud has reached the point that we have to take extensive precautions to protect ourselves and our customers.
Sales Tax
Shipments delivered within the State of Georgia must include 7% sales tax on merchandise price. Shipments delivered outside of Georgia do not require sales tax.
